Large and comfortable rooms. Good location in Surfers Paradise
Too much stairs and there is no lift. We stayed at the 3rd floor and was very uncomfortable to manage the luggage. Upper rooms should cost less than lower rooms.

The appartment was spacious, and in a great location. For the basic traveller who is on a buget, it is great. Nice swimming pool and good secure parking.
The appartment needs a spring clean and a fresh coat of paint. Oven was falling apart, and I washed the floor because it was sticky under foot. Overall it needs an update but the basic amenities were all there. It stated there was a hair dryer in the apartment so I did not bring one, there wasn't one, and reception is only open for half days on the weekend.

Good value for money; Clean comfortable rooms, pool/ spa area proximity to centre.
Management seemed a little inaccessable. Office hours, particularly in the weekends weren't consumer friendly.

we had a really enjoyable stay at bay lodge. the location was excellent for our car trips, and having two bathrooms made a huge difference for our family. we appreciated the air conditioning and clean towels throughout our stay. the pool area was well-maintained, and it was a nice touch to have a drinks and snacks dispenser available. lee, the manager, was friendly and provided useful assistance, and we made great use of the convenient kitchen and lovely outdoor balcony.
Completely flawless! 🌟.

The location was excellent! Bus at the end of the road, 7 minute walk to the supermarket. No street noise at all and the owners are lovely and helpful. Will be staying here again if we return to the Gold Coast.

I liked how close it was to the city and it was very convenient.
I didn't like that I stayed on the 3rd floor it wasn't ideal for people with suit cases. I didn't like that the our section of apartments always smelt it was horrible. Mostly i hated that we are away on holidays and every morning at 7am we were woken up to the sound of broken glasses from the Garbo.
